Details:

Fully restored from a few photo’s our customer provided us as well as a worn out old seat.

We sourced the right leather for the job from Scotland & went on to source & supply all quality fasteners needed to restore the interior to the highest of levels.

All timeless techniques were used. Like back sewn & filled flutes, hand made wire on binding & hidem  binding.

All of the timber work of the interior was done by us, spending countless hours getting every piece of the interior perfectly straight although this was not exisised in the  1920’s our customer wanted it as neat as possible .

We here at Stitched Up Custom Trim agreed to do it as neat as possible as that would be the best option. The customer of course agreed. The whole interior & every process was completed by us to achieve this beautiful finished product .

We were supplied with hood bows but the rest was left in our capable hands.

After patterning & making the hood using nothing but the best fasteners we could get our hands on we then went on to make the hood bag and the covering of the trunk in hooding as well.

Spring gaiters we made out of leather after patterning to shape with all new buckles.

Materials:
